The first photo showed the star before she embarked on her strict exercise regime whilst the second image showed her much slimmed down figure as a result of the pressures she had put on herself to achieve a certain aesthetic.

Finally, Vicky included a third photo of her today where she admitted she was "far kinder" to herself.

Vicky explained in the post how she would be "cruel" to herself when she was at different weights.

Reflecting on the ups and downs she has had with her body, the TV star wrote in a lengthy post: "I used to be cruel to the girl in the first photo... I let her eat what she wanted but I constantly berated her.

"Called her names and made her feel worthless. Just because of a number on a scale."

She followed it up by adding: "I was cruel to the girl in the second photo aswell but in an entirely different way.

"I would count how many blueberries I put on my porridge, restrict my calories and weaponise exercise. That girl was a nervous wreck."

Vicky went onto remark how at either ends of the extreme, she was left "unhappy" and admitted to struggling with "anxiety" and "disordered eating" during these periods.

The former Queen of the Jungle continued: "Both of these extremes didn't bring me happiness- the unhealthy practices I put my body through over the years brought me anxiety, disordered eating and low self worth.

"And even though I'd like to think I've changed and I'm in a better place now- these pictures always serve as a stark reminder of what I put myself through.

"And what I don't want other women to put themselves through."

Appearing to come full circle and be confident and accepting of her current body type, Vicky added she was happier with herself now as she was exercising for herself and to remain strong and healthy as opposed to achieved a certain look.

She said: "I'm far kinder to myself now... to the girl in photo 3."

The podcaster admitted that finding balance had been paramount to her staying physically healthy as well as mentally happy and that she had finally found a positive equillibrium.

Vicky shared: "Life is for living and happiness for me is found in balance- in making sure I walk the dogs but also in having some Doritos! In [sic] doing the Pilates class but also in having the glass of wine..."
