Jack Hallas is a UK-based fitness influencer who goes by the name of Jacksfit on social media.
He's documented his journey in the gym from a starting point of being skinny, and started posting on day one of his fitness routine.
When he first joined TikTok in September 2023, he was 17 years old and said his weight was just over seven stone.

He's gained a lot of followers since then - over a quarter of a million follow him on Instagram and almost 350,000 on TikTok.
He also has nearly 15,000 subscribers to his YouTube channel.
He says he dropped out of college a few months after he started posting to concentrate more on his fitness and social media.

Most of Jack's solo videos are about his progress, including the exercises he's doing and the how heavy the weights are that he's able to lift.
He's currently able to carry out a deadlift move with 110kg of weight - which is a big increase from the 2kg weights he was using on day one.

He says he's six foot one tall.

What was Jacksfit's controversy and what did he say?
Jack did a video with another fitness influencer called Ed Matthews where they both worked out together.
In the video it was claimed another TikTok star was a "fake natty" - although he didn't name anybody.
In fitness, this refers to someone who takes steroids to help develop a muscular physique.
James Beardwell posted a response video believing he was the person being referred to, and said the claims were false.
He said he's never taken steroids.
Jack posted a video to TikTok saying he's spoken with James and apologised to him.
The video was watched two and a half million times, and many other fitness stars on the platform responded.
Some of them supported him and praised him for apologising, whilst others said they thought his apology wasn't genuine.
Jack says he plans to step away from collaboration videos and intends to focus more on his progress at the gym.
