Madonna is being sued by a fan who says he was blindsided by the sexual nature of the hitmaker's recent Celebration tour.

The Material Girl singer, 65, has always been open about her sexuality through her work. In 1992 she famously released a coffee table book entitled Sex. The book was written by Madonna and contains erotic photography by Steven Meisel Studio and Fabien Baron. Nudity and sexual acts are apparent throughout.

But one of Madge's fans seems disgruntled over the way in which he was "blindsided" by Madonna's sexually charged tour. Justen Lipeles has filed a class action complaint, alleging he and others did not get what they bargained for, nor what they paid for.

The suit claims that Lipeles and other fans were "deceived and lulled into purchasing expensive tickets for a concert to be performed by one of the premier performers of the past 40 years". The documentation, seen by The Mirror, also touches on how the singer showed up late to perform, did nothing about the "uncomfortable tempreture" in the venue, "lip synched" and took part in "simulating sexual acts".

In the documents, it states that "Madonna would not appear at 8:30 as promised, but would instead make fans wait until after 10:00 p.m. or later to start her show; Madonna would maintain a hot and uncomfortable temperature in each of the venues during her performances; Madonna would lip synch much of her performance; and topless women would perform on stage simulating sexual acts. Defendants should have disclosed this information to consumers before they purchased their tickets."

It also states that "forcing consumer to wait hours in hot, uncomfortable arenas and subjecting them to pornography without warning is demonstrative of Madonna’s flippant disrespect for her fans".

A "prime example" of Madonna's "disrespect to her fans" was cited as an incident that took place during her December 17, 2019, performance at the Fillmore, Miami Beach, Florida, where she had turned off the venue’s air conditioning and her uncomfortable fans chanted: "A/C! A/C! AC!... and Madonna, in response, said, “f**k you! I’m cold!... If you’re hot, take your f**king clothes off," it states.

In the lawsuit, Lipeles demands a refund for tickets and/or profits Madonna made from the concerts.
