ANT McPartlin and Dec Donnelly have admitted they panicked when a "high-risk" prank on Alison Hammond went wrong.
The This Morning presenter stormed off as she was secretly filmed by the Geordie duo as part of their Undercover prank series on Saturday Night Takeaway.
Speaking on The One Show ahead of its return this weekend, Dec said of the prank on Alison: "That is the one that nearly went absolutely haywire.
"It was supposed to be an overnight stay, but she got to reception and said 'I'm not staying here' and walked out.
"She got in the car and said 'take me home'."

Ant added: "We had to do anything we could just to keep her there."
Dec said: "That's the closest we've been to it falling apart."
"It's genuine panic you can see in our faces," laughed Ant.
