Benfica will be looking to go one step closer to reaching the quarter-finals of the Champions League for the second successive season - a feat they have not achieved since 1995. Head coach Roger Schmidt has only lost once in all competitions this season when they dropped out of the Taca de Portugal to Braga on penalties but have won every game apart from a Sporting Lisbon league clash since the New Year.

The Eagles are the favourites going into this match at 4/11 with Betfred and are 1/100 to qualify while Club Brugge are 13/2 to win the match and a distant 25/1 to qualify for the next round. The hosts have not lost 10 of their previous home matches against Belgian opposition including winning the last six.

For Club Brugge, they really have nothing to lose going into this match after showing impressive year-on-year progress from crashing out of last year's group stage to progressing through to the round of 16 this year. They currently sit fourth in the Belgian Pro League but have picked up just two wins in all competitions since mid-November.
