KFC customers have branded one of its restaurants the “worst in the UK” after reporting cold food, wrong orders and slow service.
Several unhappy people have given damning reviews on the branch in Chestfield near Whitstable, Kent.
On TripAdvisor it has more than 100 “terrible” rated reviews from furious customers, some of whom claim they leave it hungrier than when they entered.
One person wrote: “If you're thinking of going. Don’t bother.
“You’re better off going to McDonald’s! The chicken is actually awful- dry and grey and lukewarm if you're lucky.
Morrisons is slashing over 130 prices on its saver-products from today“I’ve been a few times over the last few months. There is always something wrong. Missing items etc. If you ask for cheese in a burger, they’ll charge you for it, but not put it in! It’s a total waste of time and money.
“Avoid, avoid, avoid.”
Another added: “I went for a takeaway drivethru no salt for chips, no serviette, no wipes to clean after eating, no spoon to eat beans in bag.
“I did ask for breast but was told when ordering not have they forgot to tell me I will have to eat baked beans with my fingers and wipe it on something I can find myself.
“Thanks KFC.”
Another fumed: “What is going on at Chestfield? 30-40 minute waits in the drive-thru (only a couple of cars in front), out of stock after taking orders.
“I always check my order because they've only got in right three times in 24 over the past two years.
“It's depressing seeing 13-15 McDonalds customers served while we wait at the window for our KFC.
“Head office don't seem to care about the damage to their reputation.
Sort it out or shut it down.”
