Sarah Neely looks unrecognisable after overcoming her struggles with food addiction and substance abuse.
The My 600lb Life had a cellulitis infection and was struggling to wash or move her body after her weight soared to 642lb (45.9 stone) when she was just 24 years old.
During her appearance on the TLC reality show, Sarah admitted she had struggled with her weight ever since she was a child and by the time she was eight, she weighed 200lb (14.3 stone).
Sarah said her father's drinking problem and mother's addiction struggles would lead to her overeating and she said her parents' divorce led her to binge eating.
"My mom tells me I would overeat from my earliest age and I think it started when I was around three," she revealed.

However, she managed to persevere and eventually qualified for weight loss surgery.
By the end of her My 600lb Life episode, the reality star had dropped an impressive 249lb (17.8 stone), taking her weight to 393lb (28.1 stone).
Sarah's journey continued to be tough following her time on the show and she sadly suffered a miscarriage in 2019. She also checked into a rehab facility to get help for her addiction problems.
Thankfully, Sarah has now been doing well and revealed she married the love of her life, Jonah Carpenter, in 2020.
Sarah also gave birth to their daughter Gwendolyn Snow Carpenter in December of that year.
Sarah celebrated being two years free from addiction in September 2021.
Taking to Instagram, she shared a selfie of herself wearing a denim jacket and a navy top, with her red curly hair falling around her shoulders.
Sarah's followers congratulated her on her journey, with one fan commenting: "I knew you'd do it. Your [sic] beautiful."
Another said: "Wow, I don't know you and I never looked anyone up who I had seen on tv, but your situation just moved me for some reason. I knew you would make it and you did, woohoo.

"Life is truly amazing," Sarah previously told Starcasm.
She added: "I'm ready for my life. A peaceful quiet life with my new starting out family. Being a good wife and a good mom are my focus. Enjoying life. That's all I want after all the chaos I've already lived."
