SAT navs have been bamboozled by this mish-mash of a road junction.

The packed Central London crossroads, on the south side of London Bridge, has left taxi drivers scratching their heads.

The mad intersection includes six separate arrows, three “Bus Gate” markings, a crossed-out bike sign and a mess of hatch lines leaving drivers stumped.

Rules imposed by Sadiq Khan in 2020 mean the iconic bridge can only be used by pedestrians, buses, bikes and black cabs on weekdays.

One taxi driver said: “It’s like they’ve just painted on new markings without removing the old ones.

“It’s up there with the world’s worst-designed junctions. It’s ridiculous for what it is.

“Most of the traffic goes over the junction anyway. Nobody needs a dozen painted arrows to drive in a straight line.

“Even the sat nav doesn’t know what the right road layout is.”
