Thiago Silva's wife posted a cryptic message in the wake of Chelsea's embarrassing FA Cup defeat at Manchester City.
The Blues were dumped out of the cup competition in the third round for the first time in more than twenty years. It was their second reverse to Pep Guardiola's side in a matter of days as pressure further ramped up on Graham Potter, who is enduring a difficult period.
Chelsea are struggling in the Premier League and now find themselves out of both cup competitions with their injury list piling up. Potter was hired by new owner Todd Boehly as Thomas Tuchel's replacement back in September - but it was the old boss who had his name sung by the away fans on Sunday.
Tuchel delivered the Champions League during his time in charge, with Silva a crucial part of his impressive team. The Brazilian centre-half was on the bench at the Etihad and his partner, never one to shy away from speaking her mind, suggested that maybe the club have gone in the wrong direction.
She posted on social media: “I just think that going back or looking for solutions when you take a hasty and totally wrong attitude is not wrong. #goblues.”
Premier League odds and betting tipsPotter was backed with a five-year deal when the west Londoners lured him away from Brighton, but he's won less than half of the games he's taken charge of. The Blues boss was quizzed on Chelsea fans singing his predecessors name.

He responded: "We can't do anything apart from do our jobs better and work harder. We understand the supporters' frustration, that's understandable and we respect that. But our job is to do our job.
"We just have to keep working and see the situation for what it is. Of course, there are always other opinions and there is always negativity and criticism because the results have not been positive. That is part of the job, part of the challenge."
He went on to say: "It is always challenging in the Premier League and it is always challenging here. I understand their frustration and I understand when you look at the results and team performance today it is so far away from Manchester City. That is clear.
"We have to focus on the next day and the next match. We play on Thursday. It is an important game for us. We need to stay together as a group and support each other. I am sure we will get the support of the supporters when they see good performances and good results."
