ANTHONY JOSHUA and Dillian Whyte have been told it is the "perfect time" to rematch but "all hell will break loose".

The heavyweight feud dates back to 2009 when Whyte won their amateur thriller but lost in the professional rematch six years later.

And the two could be set to renew their rivalry with promoter Eddie Hearn lining the pair up for a summer stadium blockbuster.

Alan Babic, who is managed by Whyte, believes the time is right for a sequel between the stars.

Babic, 32 told iD Boxing: “Dillian has the mindset for every fight – that it’s do or die.

"If you push an animal into a corner, it’ll bite – and Dillian Whyte can bite.

“He’s a ticking bomb for anybody. If you get on his wrong side, you’re going to be f***ed.”

“I see Joshua boxing in that fight, Dillian feeling like he’s in a corner, then he’ll snap and all hell will break loose.

"I don’t think we’ve seen the real Dillian for the last few fights. It’s a very good fight, I think it’s the perfect time in their careers to meet.”

Whyte, 34, most recently beat American Jermaine Franklin, 29, in a disputed majority decision win in November.

Joshua, 33, was there ringside at Wembley Arena and embraced with Whyte.

AJ is yet to return since his second consecutive defeat to Oleksandr Usyk, 35, in Saudi Arabia in August.

Hearn revealed Joshua is expected to return by April against a top 15 rated contender, which sets him up for a Whyte rematch after.
