Noel Gallagher has been entertained by one of brother Liam's sworn showbiz enemies.
The 55-year-old was spotted at the one and only Peter Kay's shows recently, with claims the High Flying Birds crooner went backstage to meet his siblings arch rival.
Bolton-born Peter returned to the spotlight and performed his first live comedy show in 12 years in December as part of an arena tour spanning to late 2024.
Noel's friend was the one who reportedly bought him to the performance.
With Noel's brother Liam feuding with the popular comic, things might quickly go south between the siblings.
I was scammed out of £380 after paying for fake Peter Kay ticketsA source explained: “Noel went to Peter’s Manchester gig last week and they met backstage and got on like a house on fire."
“They spent time together after the show and it was a great laugh," they added to The Sun.
"Peter is a huge fan of Noel’s and it was a pleasure for him to welcome him."
But when approached by the Mirror for comment, Noel's representatives revealed Noel actually went to see Peter perform in London - with no backstage meeting with the comedian taking place before or after the show.
If Noel and Peter ever do strike up a friendship it could cause a yet another stumbling block for a potential Oasis reunion, as the comic and Liam have been on bad terms since 2010.
During the Brit Awards that year, Liam walked up on stage to collect Oasis's award for the Best British Album of the past 30 years for (What's The Story) Morning Glory?
Unsurprisingly, the singer cursed and threw the microphone into the unsuspecting audience.
He even handed the award to a random person.
Peter was hosting in 2010 and wasn't impressed by the Oasis star's antics, calling out: "What a k***head," as he walked off stage.
In November, news of Peter's first tour in 12 years was announced online and people rushed to his website to purchase tickets.
Peter Kay divides fans after calling out heckler who is then booted out of showFans were so excited to see the star that the website ended up crashing and O2 had to release a statement.
"We’re seeing unprecedented demand for Peter Kay tickets & we know a lot of you can’t access Priority," they explained.
"Sorry, we’re working on it. Please be patient; this is by far the highest demand we’ve ever seen for Priority Tickets in 15 years."
A fan was curious whether Liam would be one of the people in the crowd during the tour and he wasn't having any of it.
“F**k him the balloon knot," he told the fun.
