The season 5 cast of RHUGT will have a unique spin, as it will primarily be dedicated to past RHONY housewives. It is titled The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy.

For season 5, the six ladies travel will travel to Saint Barthélemy and return to the infamous house on Saline Beach for a vacation away from their resident cities.

“It’s official. We’re back,” Medley exclaimed at an NBCUniversal presentation on the show on May 15, 2023.
“But before we go on the Ultimate Girls Trip, we wanted to give the new ladies some advice from the women who started it all," Medley said.
Taekman added: “What we really want to say is there’s room for all of us strong, amazing women on Bravo and Peacock.”

A premiere date for season 5 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy has yet to be announced.
Season 4 ran from December 2023 to early January 2024. Fans of the franchise can stream the four seasons on Peacock.
Though season 3 was released on March 23, 2023, on Peacock, Bravo is airing the season weekly on its network.
Why are Brandi Glanville and Caroline Manzo feuding?
While filming RHUGT season 4, the network conducted an investigation into a reported incident that happened between Brandi Glanville and Caroline Manzo.
Due to the conflict between the two, Granville was asked to leave early.
Following Granville's departure, Manzo decided to leave on her own.
In a statement, Peacock told People: "The safety and security of cast and crew while shooting is extremely important and we take all reports seriously.

"In this situation, production immediately launched a comprehensive review and is taking appropriate action."
The network called Granville's actions "unwanted" and said Manzo's "distress over the matter did not seem to stop" her.
"Things escalated and physical boundaries allegedly were crossed that Caroline felt were serious and uncomfortable."
Granville took to social media to tell her side of the story and tweeted: "I can speak on anything I want to speak on-it was at the end of an 18-hour Wrk day at our belly dancing party & I'd like to see footage on it beforehand as both myself & Caroline were very intoxicated.
"I’m f**king sick of this narrative. I was hired for a 2nd season of girls trip cuz they LOVED what I did on the 1st season I was told to bring the party just like before & that’s exactly what I did & I was punished for it.
"It feels like a f**king setup. It’s BS & Caroline was fine. Those are my statements. Yes, I’m pissed off.
"Yes, this is been life f***ing ruining and I’m not gonna be responding to anyone commenting."
Meanwhile, Granville told New York Live: "I came home early. And at this point, I just truly don't have the space in my head to talk about it.
"So, I'd rather not but I would imagine it would unfold on the series when it airs and there'll be a lot said then."
On January 26, 2024, it was revealed that Manzo was suing Bravo. The lawsuit alleges that Glanville "sexually harassed" Manzo while the duo were filming the show in Morocco.
