A WOMAN who went on a plastic surgery frenzy to become a real-life Barbie has debuted her new face after undergoing nearly 50 procedures.
Dalia Naeem, 29, has reportedly spent thousands on her dramatic transformation to resemble the iconic plastic doll.
She has even earned her the nickname "Iraqi Barbie" thanks to her exaggerated features and thick blonde hair.
The Baghdad-born presenter and actress is keen to wow viewers with her appearance as well as her performance.
But Dalia's latest bout of plastic surgery has shocked fans after she revealed her eye-popping new look in a video.

She is seen posing next to her make-up artist, who tells her: "You look so beautiful, my dear. Like Barbie."
Dalia - seen showing off an unbelievably tiny nose, bushy eyebrows, and oversized, pouty lips - replies: "Your makeup is Barbie."
The social media star is said to have gone under the knife a whopping 43 times over the last few months to become a real-life Barbie doll.
This includes topping up her lip filler and a breast enlargement surgery.
Dalia is well-known in her country due to her memorable appearance after starring in a series of plays and TV shows.
She boasts a staggering 996,000 followers on Instagram and 43,900 on TikTok, as people are obsessed with her unique look.
