FORMER X Factor contestant Chloe Khan defied all the odds when she became a property magnate.
And after transforming her huge Harrogate home in 2021, it seems that Chloe, 32, hasn't quite finished making it her forever home as she is now undertaking the task of building a spa.
The influencer made her millions after becoming the owner of an incredibly lucrative webcam business.
Wearing a baby pink hard hat and luminous pink Hi Vis vest, Chloe maintained her trademark glamourous look in a pair of fitted white jeans and silver stiletto heels.
In one picture Chloe, who first shot to fame on X Factor in 2009 under the name of Chloe Mafia, is seen perched on a skip.

And in other pictures she is posing on a ladder with her building construction behind her.
The sprawling mansion comes complete with a huge hallway, bay windows and an incredible driveway with large palm trees.
At the time of the initial renovations, the mum of one wrote on her blog: "I have been interested in interior design for a while and follow and love so many house pages on insta. "
She added at the time: " I actually get bored looking at hot girls twerking and prefer to look at nice architecture sometimes. Weird I know lol."
She went on to say: "So I’m excited to now have a house page of my own . I have mega plans on this one so I really wanted to share them on Instagram away from my own page . Cinema , gym and spa , salon etc."
The reality TV star dubbed her home the CK Sanctuary as her plan is for it to be a "stress free" and "blissful zone" for friends and family to visit.
But this is not Chloe's only property under her belt. She is also the proud owner of another home which she plans to keep out of the public eye.
The house currently has lots of beautiful original features, which Chloe is looking forward to working with.
She explained back in 2021: "A new build house really wasn’t for me . Of course they are convenient and modern so I can understand they are great for a lot of people . But I really wanted something I could get my veneers in to."
She added: "Big deep rooms and princess windows and that luxury old Knightsbridge Hotel vibe . The intricate coving and beautiful features memorise me still."

After making her fortune, the star not only spent her money on property but also cosmetic surgery.
Speaking openly, Chloe has admitted to a nose job and fillers among other procedures.
