SUE Cleaver has revealed she feared she’d been caught on camera naked after sleeping in the nude after filming I’m A Celebrity.
The Coronation Street star was the third eliminated contestant on the 2022 series, and after being evicted from the jungle was swept off to the lap of luxury in a nearby hotel.
However, after scrubbing off the dirt and grime from living for two weeks in the jungle, Sue slept in the nude in her comfy hotel bed – only to immediately panic on waking believing she was still being filmed.
Recounting the hilarious story on This Morning today, Sue said: "You are so used to going to sleep with the sound of the tree frogs and waking up to the birds and it was just heavenly.
"And then my first night I did eventually fall asleep and I woke up starkers on top of the bed, looked up and saw a light from the fire alarm system, and went, 'Oh the cameras are on me!’ My heart!”

The confession made Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield crack up laughing as they imagined what she must’ve felt like.
However, slight paranoia aside as she readjusted to life outside the Australian jungle, Sue doesn’t regret a thing about being on the show.
In fact, she thinks it’s given her more confidence than ever as she looks forward to new things.
"It has given me a big boost and I want lots more adventures," she said, saying the show left her feeling like a “completely new person”.
This year’s I’m A Celebrity was eventually won by England Lioness Jill Scott in one of the most-watched moments of 2022.
She beat Owen Warner and Matt Hancock in the final.
