CORONATION Street fans are furious at Faye Windass after she betrayed Craig Tinker tonight.
The admin assistant - who is played by actress Ellie Leach in the ITV soap - cheated on Craig with ex Jackson this week.
But tonight when Craig stunned her with a proposal she accepted - and then lied to him about Jackson.
With Faye seeming confused about the idea of moving down south, and horrified by Craig’s proposal, Jackson decided to push things along himself - by coming clean to Craig.
“There’s no easy way to say this, Faye’s confused,” he said to a disbelieving Craig.

“About me. She doesn’t want to marry you mate. We’ve been meeting up behind her back. Believe what you like but she didn’t see her friend yesterday.
“Just like I’m lying about her meeting up with me today. She’s thinking about moving away with me and Miley to Slough.”
But Faye had no idea that Jackson had spilled all to Craig and tried to provoke him into a fight.
Sitting in Victoria Gardens, Craig confronted her about what he had been told.
“I ran into Jackson earlier, he had plenty to say for himself,” he said.
“Apparently you don’t want to marry me. Apparently you’re thinking of moving to Slough with him and Miley.
“What is going on with you two Faye? You need to tell me the truth of we’re done.”
After lying about what went on with Jackson, Faye turned it around on Craig blaming his proposal on why she hadn’t told him.
She told Craig: “I know what I want in my life and that’s you Craig.
“Jackson’s not obsessed, he wants what’s best for our daughter. It’s my problem, let me handle it. I might be your fiancee now but I can fight my own battles.”
