The Kardashians star has grown increasingly thin over the past several years.
In her latest snapshot, the reality star posed in a sparkly pink bikini with a matching collared coverup.
The TV personality's entire body was exposed, revealing her extremely flat stomach and rows of ribs.
Despite Khloe's bathing suit bottoms being tiny in size, they were hardly hanging onto her skinny frame.

Fans took to Reddit to express their concern for the model.
"Okay I get skinny is in but the rib cage thing is worrisome? This can’t seem healthy?" One person wrote.
A second added: "Very unhealthy. I hate the unrealistic and unobtainable standards she is promoting. I’d bet money she photoshopped and filtered this. We already know this isn’t her face,"
As a third noted: "If she lets go them panties are falling off."
"I thought the same thing!! Like… I’m all about body positivity and working out to feel your best and your self but there comes a point where it’s worrying and I think that time has come…" a fourth remarked.
"This looks very unhealthy imo I’m not sure why so many people are encouraging it," a final commented.
GETTING RIPPED
Just days earlier, Khloe, 38, posted a slew of birthday photos for her sister Kourtney, but the star's jeans looked to be falling off her hips after her extreme weight loss.
Khloe posted a photo of herself next to Kourtney, 44, who was wearing a "birthday girl" headband.
In the film photos, Khloe picked up her older sister and twirled around.
However, Khloe's ripped jeans appeared to be barely hanging on her hips.

Khloe has reportedly dropped 40 pounds since 2014 and has been showing off her fit frame in recent posts.
Last month, many fans commented on Khloe's figure after she posted a video of her in the gym.
As the clip circulated on the internet, one fan wrote: “Khloe looks scary skinny now! Her ribs are out!”
Another concerned fan wrote: "I think it’s a mixture of weight loss, editing, and sucking in."
A third chimed in: "What stood out to me the most lately was the skinniness of her arms and around the shoulders.
"In this photo again her arms just look extremely thin. Forearms are bigger than upper arms."
HOME GYM BODY
The Hulu star's state-of-the-art fitness space in her $17million mansion includes a $3,000 rowing machine, several flat-screen TVs, and other machinery.
On Friday, she kicked off the day with a series of snaps from inside her gym.
First, she filmed a black-and-white video of herself and daughter True Thompson's cat, Grey Kitty, stretching while perched on a piece of equipment.
She followed that up with a photo of herself standing sideways in front of a wall of mirrors with several machines and a large TV behind her.
The reality star wore a simple black hoodie and black leggings in the photo.
Khloe then posted a video of herself walking on a treadmill, chatting about how challenging it was for her to get out of bed and work out.
"I get up early all the time but 4.30, 5am is brutal for me. I can do 6am. I don't know why this is so much harder. But we'll see how it goes," she said while walking.
