Shaun Ryder was not pleased when he came face-to-face with his old enemy Gillian McKeith as she arrived in camp on the opening episode of I'm A Celebrity... South Africa.

The feud started in 2010 when they clashed over various challenges and life in camp.
The pair were forced to stand in freezing cold water, prompting Shaun to call Gillian “a f***ing irritating woman”, to which she replied: “You say nasty things all the time... your tone, everything. The way you speak to everyone.”
They also argued when Gillian told Shaun not to smoke in front of her.
He fired back: “You f***ing what? I’ll smoke where I want, you can go in the f***ing toilet. I smoke where I want, don’t tell me where I can’t smoke."
She then slammed him for swearing, but he responded: “I’ll f***ing swear when I want to swear so f*** off.”
Gillian described it as a “love-hate relationship”, but Shaun hit out at her saying she was “a bit of a d***” who “just had no manners”.
Following his exit, Shaun told hosts Ant and Dec: “If Gillian was my wife, she would be in pieces in a plastic bag, deep in a hole in the back garden.”

His fellow campmates were quick to spot the tension, with boxer Amir Khan saying: "You doesn't look happy, he's probably thinking why did she come in? There was a lot of beef."
Asked about their previous stint, he said: “I nearly killed her.”
He added: “Gillian arrived in the box...she should have stayed in the box, folks.”
The devious producers in South Africa immediately put them on a challenge together, where they had to match countries to phone codes.
Many fans think this will only spell trouble and will reignite their ongoing feud.
