We're just two weeks away from the new season of Selling Sunset, with the latest trailer promising plenty of explosive feuds.

Despite Christine Quinn's departure from the show, two newcomers will bring drama to The Oppenheim Group office as they set their sights on becoming the top realtors.

Nicole Young, a years-long veteran of the Oppenheim Group, has finally joined the Netflix hit and instantly found herself locked in a feud with fan-favourite Chrishell Stause.

"Chrishell will do anything that will benefit her," Nicole said in a confessional as she opened up on their growing tension.

The two women eventually reach boiling point and confront each other over cocktails at the beach.

"You took credit for two listings that I sold," Nicole accused.

However, Chrishell insisted: "You're clearly out to get me, and I want to get to the bottom of it."

At a fiery cast dinner, Chrishell further confronted Nicole as she warned: "I'm not scared of you at all."

Other newcomer Bre Tiesi, one of the many women to have had a child with TV personality Nick Cannon, has also been caught up in a feud as she entered the show.

Speaking about Bre's unconventional love life, Chelsea Lazkani said: "As a Christian, I find Bre's relationship rather off-putting."

Nick has 12 children with six different women, with five of his kids being born in 2022 alone.

Defending her private life, Bre said: "Who I have children with is my business. I don't need a judge and a jury."

At one point in the trailer, Bre took aim at one of her co-stars and hinted at a growing feud as she said: "She just can't take accountability for what comes out of her mouth."

Bre isn't the only person who will have their love life shown on screen this season.

Chrishell's partner C Flip is set to make their debut appearance on the reality show.

Chrishell stressed to viewers: "I know people think I'm having a midlife crisis, but I'm having an awakening. But goals don't change. Ring that bell and cash some cheques."
