At that point Louise placed her hands on her face as she began to break down in tears.
Speaking to Danni about why she was emotional, she said: "It is just the reality of getting our dream, isn't it? And look at it."
Chris then explained in more detail that they had been through a difficult year.
"There have been a lot of things we put on hold and as we mentioned earlier we've had a lot going on this year," he said.
"And if we tick this off the list, this would be a great start to our future."
The couple loved the fifth property so much they placed an offer - albeit lower than the asking price.
Unfortunately for the pair their offer was rejected.
Meanwhile, Danni Menzies has revealed the full extent of her facial injuries after she was hit by a moped last year.
The 31-year-old was left unconscious during the smash and with a huge gash on both her lip and eyebrow.
Sharing images from the healing process, while she had two black eyes, Danni told her followers: “I don’t want to trigger anyone but wow. I’m only just looking back on what went on a few months ago. Mental.”

The A Place In The Sun star was rushed to hospital in October after being hit by the stolen vehicle, which was travelling at 30mph.
