Chelsea star Christian Pulisic's time at Stamford Bridge looks to be coming to a close, with the forward having been made available for a cut-price move this summer.

Incoming Blues manager Mauricio Pochettino appears to have made a decision on the American's long-term future as he ushers in a new era at the club, following a tumultuous season. Chelsea have been free-spending since Todd Boehly assumed the reigns as chairman over a year ago and a firesale may well be in the offing as he looks to balance the books in the coming months.

In a repeat of the scenario surrounding Mason Mount's future, it could well be that a decision is made to cash in on Pulisic in the upcoming transfer window. The former Borussia Dortmund winger is about to enter the final year of his current contract and Chelsea may be reluctant to let him leave for free in 12 months.

The Pennsylvanian joined Chelsea for £58million ($73m) back in 2019 but it seems as though the club will look to cut its losses now. Given the American started just 8 league games last term, it appears that he has fallen down the pecking order quite significantly.

With this in mind, it is likely that clubs from Europe and the Premier League will be weighing up a swoop for the lighting-fast attacker, who could be available for as little as £20million ($25m). And it could well be that a move to Serie A giants beckons for the forward, as per ESPN.

While, Massimiliano Allegri's outfit are seemingly favourites to land the seemingly outbound Chelsea star's signature, interest could also come from fellow Italian clubs AC Milan and Napoli. On top of this, and United are also keeping tabs on his availability, alongside Turkish outfit Galatasaray.

For now, it appears that his focus is currently on international football as he looks to spur his country onto victory in the CONCACAF Nations League. The United States face Mexico semi-final on June 15th, with a potential final place on the line.

He told ESPN: "People will text me sometimes and be like, 'you're going here?' And I'll be like, 'I didn't even know that.' So, they know more than me most of the time."

He added: "I'm good man. My family is healthy and blessed. [...] I'm happy to be here with the boys. I'm great and I'm excited to play with these guys this week."
