Alice Evans and Ioan Gruffudd 's daughter has accused the actor's girlfriend Bianca Wallace of "slamming a door on her", which she claims caused her to hit her head.
Ella Evans, 13, has claimed the 29-year-old Australian actress left her with "bruises" following an argument.
She has filed a restraining order against her father, 49, and his new partner Bianca at a Los Angeles court earlier this month.
The teenager has requested a restraining order for herself and sister Elsie, 9, against the actress for five years.
Ella stated she is "afraid that [she] will abuse and/or continue to allow abuse to happen to my sister too".

In it, she recounts an incident which she claims took place at her dad's apartment on May 26.
Ella says it was the first time she had met Bianca and claims the altercation started as an argument over the actress' presence at the property.
The teenager admitted she started throwing food at father Ioan.
She then alleges she tried to flee the apartment and Bianca "slammed the door on her head" as she tried to leave.
"On Friday, May 26, 2023, I was at the West Hollywood Police Station which is where my parents make custody exchanges," Ella states in the documents seen by MailOnline.
"My father picked me up, and he eventually drove me and my sister to his apartment for our overnight [stay].
"I saw that my dad's girlfriend, the Respondent, was at the apartment. I had known of the Respondent, but I had never met her before.
"I was so mad at my dad because this was an overnight visit, and I had told him in the past that I didn't want to meet his girlfriend who was now his live-in girlfriend."
She states she was "so upset" with her dad that she "threw milk on his bed, poured mustard on the floor, and threw raw oatmeal on him".
Amanda Bynes 'split from boyfriend' before suffering mental health crisisElla claims her father and Bianca "called her 'manipulative', 'abusive' and 'narcissistic'."
"I was able to make my way around her, and I opened the door,' the document continues. "I was able to walk halfway out the door, but while I was still in the door frame, the Respondent slammed the door on me, causing the door to hit me on the head as well as my arm.
"My arm got bruised, and I had small bump on my head," she continued.
The next day, Ella says her mother Alice saw the bruise on her arm and made the decision to call the Beverly Hills police.
Ella is requesting the court grant her a five-year restraining order against Bianca, which would prevent the actress from going within 100 yards of the teen, her sister, their home, their schools and their vehicle.
She is also asking that the court orders Bianca to pay her lawyer's fees.
The temporary restraining order has not yet been granted and will be put before a court on June 23.
Earlier this year, charges were dropped against Ella's mum Alice Evans after she pleaded not guilty for violating a restraining order against her estranged husband.
Ioan Gruffudd took out the restraining order to prevent her from posting disparaging comments about him or his girlfriend Bianca on social media.
It was in March last year when Gruffudd filed for divorce after Evans claimed on social media that her husband of 14 years was walking out on her and their two daughters.
Gruffudd filed for joint custody of his two daughters last July after Evans filed for sole custody amid their divorce.
While requesting visitation rights, he claimed in the filing that Evans had been trying to cut communication between him and his children.
While the divorce has been underway, Evans risked violating her restraining order by taking to social media to post about their separation.
