Some of the Teen Mom star's 4.2million followers reacted to her modeling clip.
One wrote: "What happened? I used to think she was so pretty. Looks like she lost a lot of weight and has gotten Botox and other stuff."
While another added: "Of course, but her look is unnatural which is why I was asking. I know looks change over time."
In an exclusive interview, body language expert Judi James told The U.S. Sun: " Chelsea's poses suggest she is uncomfortable in front of the camera and feels exposed.
"In fact, her weight loss has made her even less confident.
"Chelsea's current look comes with signals and gestures that hint at lowered confidence and inner shyness.
"She might seem delighted with her new shape, but it can take a long time for the brain to play catch-up."
July also said: "In some of her poses, Chelsea's hands and arms are used as partial barriers or she holds the camera high and doesn't show her face.

I'm a 'time traveler' - the 'worst case scenario that could kill us all'"Weight loss can often seem like a natural or necessary move in the celebrity world.
"Sadly, pressure to bow to the fashion ideal can lead to unrealistic goals.
"The idea of external success with losing weight doesn’t seem to create inner confidence for Chelsea."
"Over the past few years, her gestures show us that her idea of real success doesn’t connect to any of her external body changes," she added.
In an Insta post by brand, Lauriebelles, Chelsea covered her face with her phone, which body language expert, Judi James, said showed her lack of confidenceCredit: Instagram/lauriebellesChelsea is known to have lost weight over time, but mostly since her second pregnancy three years ago.
After joining 16 and Pregnant in 2009, Houska welcomed Aubree, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend, Adam Lind.
She went on to have three more kids with her husband, Cole DeBoer, and as a main cast member of Teen Mom 2.
Through ten seasons of the show, Cheslea's pregnancy journeys and weight gain were featured.
In 2020, following the birth of her second child, Chelsea decided to lose weight. This was also in the run-up to her and Cole's wedding.
At the time, Chelsea lost 50 pounds and used a system called Profile to slim down.
Since then, she has kept up her weight loss with exercise and healthy eating.
Chelsea adopted a 'cabin crew smile' and used an arm barrier in a post by the brand, Lauriebelles which carries the Teen Mom alums fashion lineCredit: Lauriebelles"There are several key body language signals to suggest low self-confidence in Chelsea's poses, " explained Judi.
"Chelsea has a dazzling smile but the pull and angle of her lips as she parts them sends out messages of a self-effacing personality.
"There are also a few Duchenne smiles or forced cabin crew smiles on her Instagram modeling shots.
"In some of her Instagram poses, she doesn’t even show her teeth."
She continued: "She keeps her lips closed and stretched horizontally, to suggest she guards her thoughts.
"Cheslea's wide, relaxed, and authentic smiles seem to occur with her children or being playful with her friends."
Chelsea (seen here in an Instagram post) often keeps her mouth closed when she smiles in photos which shows inner shyness, said Judi JamesCredit: Instagram/chelseahouskaChelsea's fashion influencer career kicked off in 2020 after she left MTV.
At the time, she started out posting selfies modeling outfits and clothing items for her friend, Laurie Karslon.
Our expert notes Chelsea has looked uncomfortable ever since.
"Whenever she shows off her outfits and body shape in posed selfies, Chelsea tends to hold the camera high," added Judi.
"This means she often hides her face with it altogether.
"This posing suggests she’s keen to look proud of her shape, but using a barrier to hide her face hints that she can’t quite believe it’s her.
"Chelsea hangs her arm down towards the front of her pelvis in another partial barrier gesture."
She also said that she thinks: "She is trying to hide her torso with her arms.
"In the pose with the hat and beige top, she presents her teeth in a more open, symmetric smile.
Chelsea posed for Lauriebelles but created an arm barrier and shrugged her shoulders which a body language expert claimed is self-diminishingCredit: Lauriebelles"Her right hand can be seen clutching at the hem of her top, while her smile is aimed off-camera."
"Her shoulders are sometimes pulled into a shrug which, with the arm movement, forms a self-diminished pose," Judy said.
She continued: "This hints at a rather sweet form of shyness and a desire to be liked.
"Her sleeves will often be pulled down over her fingers, which will often hint at inner shyness."

"There are two types of poses where Chelsea’s body language signals suggest happiness," added Judi.
"When she is posing with her family and her husband, she often moves to the back of the pose.
"She hides herself behind the kids.
"Chelsea looks like a proud and loving mom and wife but still takes a backseat."
"The photos Chelsea seems to post out of choice are all about caring, loving, nurturing emotions," she said, adding that: "We see babies, small children, dogs, and goats.
She continued: "These show that family is what counts most in terms of her inner happiness."
"She looks happier posing with her husband and not showing her figure off," she said, adding that: "Even then, Chelsea seems to prefer to present him rather than star in the pose.
"She always looks happier in a family setting, rather than modeling and forcing confidence in her new body shape."
