The video emerged at Southwark crown court, South London, where Partridge, Bishti and five others are charged with bribery offences between 2013 and 2015. Partridge, formerly of Wing, Bucks, but who now lives in Spain, was sacked on an unrelated matter but has admitted three charges.
He denies others, and being bribed with a prostitute.
Bishti, now of South Kensington, West London, denies similar charges.
