JEFF Bezos made sure any rival billionaires were left in the shade after sailing into the South of France on his 230ft tall hyperyacht.
The Amazon founder, 59, arrived at the Cannes Film Festival in style and floated in on his £400 million Koru with his rumoured fiancée.

Bezos, who Forbes listed as the third richest man in the world, made a splash when he rocked up in his monstrous vessel.
It certainly stood out from the crowd of yachts owned by the likes of Aussie casino tycoon James Packer and investor Todd Chaffee thanks to its ridiculous size.
I starred at the World Cup and almost beat France - now I'm homeless in LondonThe Koru is so large that there were plans to dismantle the historic Koningshaven bridge at Rotterdam harbour to get it out after construction was completed - but the idea was later deemed unnecessary.
Previously known as Y721, the new yacht now goes by the name of Koru, meaning "new beginnings" in Maori.
The floating palace is kitted out with state-of-the-art maritime technology while keeping the sturdiness of traditional ships.
It measures a whopping 417ft long and is equipped with towering 230ft masts to ensure the hefty ship can sail soundly.
Although the design allows the yacht to mainly rely on the power of the wind, two mighty MTU Rolls Royce engines also power the Koru.
Bezos opted for a sleek look when drawing up designs for the towering vessel, which is built from aluminium and steel.
There are three decks - including one with a swimming pool - for the billionaire and his celeb pals to party on in Cannes.
But the interior of the Koru has been kept under wraps - although it's not hard to imagine the ex-Amazon boss is living in the lap of luxury.
He seems to have pulled out all the stops - and his chequebook - to make his long-time girlfriend Lauren feel at home too.
Many have suggested the broadcast journalist may have been the muse for an intricately detailed wooden sculpture of a Roman goddess carved into the ship's bow.
Tech giants have failed to stop harmful content because they put profits firstLauren has been pictured sunning herself on the superyacht when the pair travel the world.
The Koru is estimated to have running costs of roughly £20 million - a sum that is unlikely to make a dent in Bezos' wallet considering he boasts a net worth of £111 billion.
The regal ship also doesn't travel light as it is accompanied by a 246ft support yacht, the Abeona.
BOY TOYS
It is stuffed with a slew of gadgets, machines and toys for Bezos and his pals to enjoy while he gallivants across the globe.
It means the wealthy entrepreneur has a fleet of supercars, smaller boats, motorbikes and jetskis at his disposal.
There is also a helicopter on standby to make sure Bezos can make a hasty exit or get dropped off on his yacht while it's still out at sea.
The 59-year-old has since left Cannes to continue his ocean tour and has jetted off to northern Italy after showing up his fellow billionaires.
Among the other vessels spotted at the famed festival is Australian casino magnate James Packer's £160million superyacht.
The luxury IJE, named after the first initial of his three children's names, took a gruelling four years to construct.
The 300 tonne vessel was crafted by expert ship makers Benetti in Livorno, Italy, before Packer purchased it in April 2019.

The extraordinary yacht also boasts a large swimming pool on the main deck, an integrated cinema, a gym, a beauty salon, a helipad, and even a nightclub.
Leonardo DiCaprio is just one of the famous faces spotted making the most of the amenities on Packer's water paradise this week.
Todd Chaffee - a venture capitalist who struck gold with the likes of Netflix, Twitter and travel website Kayak - also swanned up in his £57 million yacht Artisan.
The 207ft vessel was easily dwarfed by its neighbours, but boasts an interior handcrafted by London design house Bannenberg & Rowell.
It can sleep up to 13 guests and 15 crew members, while being rigged out with the latest technology after a retrofit by builders Benetti.
Chaffee's yacht departed from Mallorca on May 15 before making its way to Cannes for him and his entourage to enjoy the revelries.
YACHT OFF
Indian-born British businessman David Reuben also laid his stake on the water, in the form of his stunning sea palace named Siren.
This also boasts a £57 million price tag despite being significantly larger in stature than the Artisan.
The 241ft ship was built in Germany and can accommodate up to 12 guests while 17 crew members also have plenty of room.
Although it isn't as modern as its competitors, the Siren has a stunning interior created by leading design company Newcruise.
Saudi Arabia's Prince Mohammed bin Fahd's superyacht also joined the impressive lineup off the coast of Cannes.
The Montkaj, constructed in 1995, is majestic in appearance and size.
The 256-foot-long beauty has the space for up to 24 guests as well as 22 crew members and a host of luxurious suites.
Esteemed yacht designer Terence Disdale took care of both the interior and exterior, ensuring the ship is fit for royalty.
The Montkaj is currently moored across the bay from the Palais des Festivals and is sure to catch the eye of yacht lovers.
