Even though Jean's properties offered stunning golf course views and a beach that allowed dogs, the couple still needed convincing.
Julie and Alan were blown away by the outdoor areas of property three which flaunted a terrace, patio garden area and a large swimming pool.
I'm a property expert - my guess for the cheapest time to buy a home this yearHowever, when they continued their tour inside, Julie and Alan couldn't be more disappointed.
Alan said he didn't get the wow factor and Julie agreed and said: "I'm not feeling this one."
Jean said: "I appreciate the honesty. Is there any point of me showing you around the rest of it?"
Julie answered: "No thank you Jean. I am so sorry."
After Julie apologised for making Jean's life hard, they went through their requirements.
They were asking for a place near a beach and in a lively location with local shops.
They also specified a place that is private without any other properties looking into theirs.
Viewers took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the guests criteria.
One said: "Near the beach, modern, loads of space and not overlooked. Erm... Not on that budget, guys."
Another wrote: "They want to be in the middle of all the nightlife but don't want to be over looked?"

At the end of the episode, the couple refused to make an offer on any holiday homes as they said they are planning to put an offer in at a later date after thinking about their decision.
Jean questioned what if their ideal property goes off the market.
Alan replied saying that it would be their loss, but added that they would like their family to come and see their potential holiday home before they think about buying it.
