LOVE Islanders are famous for having extreme makeovers in a bid to look their best on the telly.
But a crop of villa stars are embracing a more natural look.
From quitting strict diets to even having their surgeries reversed, these stars are impressing their fans with their body confident beauty.

After leaving the show, she revealed she put on two stone, "even though it might not look like it”.
Molly told her followers: “That is because I've not trained, I've not watched what I've been eating and I've stopped exercising - before that, I was exercising every day.
“I just stopped because I had work to focus on."
Despite her weight gain, Molly is happier than ever, adding: "It's fine, I put on some weight, and I always say this to my family: I'm the happiest I've ever been! I'm the happiest I've ever been and it's the most I've ever weighed, so it does correlate.”
She also had filler dissolved from her face in her quest to be more natural - after fans cruelly accused her of looking like an X-box controller.
The star had her jaw and lip filler dissolved, and even got her composite bonds removed from her teeth on her quest to reverse her cosmetic procedures.

But just months after the show finished, the coronavirus pandemic hit.
During lockdown, Shaughna admitted she put on 2st and went up to a size 14.
"I definitely indulged a lot more than I used to when it came to food,” she told fans on Instagram. "I did end up gaining quite a bit of weight. I gained two stone."
Shaughna later had an operation to remove two litres of fat from her thighs.
She was treating a condition called lipoedema - an abnormal build-up of fat in the legs and bum.
Shaughna regrets clouding her time on Love Island with worries about her body image, and says leaving the villa to a supportive fan-base helped her accept herself.

But after being flung into the spotlight, Amber Gill put on 17lb in 2020.
She didn’t even realise until she went to put on a size 10 pair of trousers and found they were too tight.
She previously told The Sun: “Like most people during lockdown, I was always in joggers, so it was hard to tell that I’d put on weight because they’re stretchy!
"I just think it happened because the most important thing for me during that time was surviving... I’m not a person who is overly bothered by a number on the scales, but I did start to notice the extra ‘bits’ and I knew I needed to exercise more for my mental health and to be the best version of myself.”
Amber joined forces with personal trainer Jon Hosking and the two began working out in the park.
She's now dating Arsenal footballer Jen Beattie and looks and feels happier than ever.
Dr Alex George
Dr Alex George has hit back at fat shamersDr Alex George also opened up about his eating disorderCredit: InstagramDr Alex George rose to fame in the 2018 series of Love Island.
It was only after the show that he admitted his struggle with his body image, and how he has been learning to accept himself.
He hit back at cruel fat shamers last year after uploading a topless selfie of himself on social media.
The former Love Island star, who serves as the UK Youth Mental Health Ambassador, ignored the critics as he stripped topless for a mirror selfie at the gym.
In a moment of defiance, Alex penned that he is "not ashamed anymore" over how his physique has changed since appearing on Love Island with a six-pack.
He wrote alongside the snap: "Movement is for everybody. Fat shaming and weight stigma can be such a barrier to exercise.
"Over the years, I have felt embarrassed and nervous to train in the gym when I'm bigger.
"I am not ashamed anymore. Don't forget that you deserve to be in that gym as much as anyone else.
"If people judge you for how you look that says far more about them than you. I know who I would rather be friends with."
