Brad Pitt's ex-wife Jennifer Aniston is seemingly unsure about his new girlfriend after reportedly having "bad feelings" about the relationship.
They tied the knot back in 2000 before their split and long-winded divorce launched in 2016, but now the former couple remains somewhat pals.
Insiders close to the pair say they've actually got "really friendly" of late, but Brad's new love life seems to be throwing a spanner in the works.
His new 30-year-old jewellery boss girlfriend Ines De Ramon, who is the same age as Jennifer when the pair wed in the noughties, has reportedly made Jen "back off".
Brad and his new 'flame' were first spotted together at a Bono concert in November, and a source told PEOPLE that the pair had been "dating for a few months".
Brad Pitt details his favourite sex scene - and it wasn't with Angelina JolieJennifer and Brad had remained friends after their messy split – it was rumoured Brad had cheated with his Mr & Mrs Smith co-star, Angelina Jolie.
Brad and Jen rekindled their friendship in 2020 when they embraced on the red carpet of the SAG Awards, as Brad grabbed his ex-wife's hand.
"Brad and I are buddies. We’re friends and we speak," Jen admitted previously. "There’s no oddness at all, except for everyone that probably watched it and was wanting there to be."
But now, there seems to be something in the way of their friendship. A source said: "Jen and Brad were in Cabo at the same time last week."
"Under normal circumstances, they would have met up, but Jen didn’t reach out this time as she knew he had his new girl on his arm," they told Closer.
"Jen also has mutual friends close to Ines’ ex-husband Paul, and naturally that’s swayed her opinion. Jen knows she can’t really say anything, but she’s already thinking there are red flags."
Jennifer is single herself after ending her two-year marriage to Justin Theroux in 2017. Pals are reportedly urging her 'not to get involved' with Brad's romance.
Friends say "she’d do herself no favours by getting involved", especially when "she’s been single so long" and is "trying to put the past behind her".
The Mirror has contacted Jennifer's representatives for comment.
