Grealish, 27, played a major role in City's unforgettable Treble and, other than a couple of days in the England camp, has been partying ever since.
The attacking midfielder went on a four-day bender with team-mates following the victorious Champions League final.
Since his subsequent Three Lions duty he has visited Las Vegas, before taking girlfriend Sasha Attwood on a romantic break in the South of France.

Grealish has been in Ibiza this week, and couldn't visit the famous party island without checking in on an old pal.
Wayne Lineker's The O Beach Club is a popular haunt for revellers, and Grealish is no exception.
The City star stopped for a snap with Lineker while visiting last year, and repeated the trick this time around.
A shirtless Grealish posed in sunglasses and shorts while performing a peace sign - with Lineker grinning in a blue shirt and shorts combination.
Lineker, brother of former England hero Gary, posted the snap to Instagram.
