GARDEN Rescue presenter Charlie Dimmock made a bold move during the latest episode of the BBC One show as she cut corners during the big-money transformation.

The gardening expert is famed for her incredible transformations on the show and often hands out a few of her own tips and tricks.

However, her latest hack came straight from her own home in an unusual move.

During the episode, Charlie succeeded in her designs being chosen by couple Adrian and Jenny in Pershore.

The pair handed over £5,000 to Charlie and her team in order for them to create a stunning new garden space.

In order to suit Jenny's interests, Charlie opted for a Gothic theme to fulfil Jenny's darker tendencies.

But with the budget being stretched, Charlie opted to bring some of her own plants from her garden and re-plant them in Adrian and Jenny's garden.

The plants, however, were a far cry from the luxury and grandeur you might expect from such a gardening superstar.

Instead, Charlie opted to use her "sad and wilted" plant in the overhaul.

She said: "So, this was one of my key plants.

"It might look a little bit sad and wilted, but to save the budget, I dug a bit up from my plant at home."

She then called it: "An impressive plant guaranteed to make an impact."

The TV star did come clean to the couple when she admitted to a bit of 'recycling'.

She exclaimed: "That's come from my garden."

Despite this, the couple were left happy with the end result as they thanked Charlie and the team for their efforts.
