ANGUS Cloud was widely known for his role as Fez in the hit HBO series, Euphoria.
Sadly on July 31, 2023, it was reported the actor had passed away aged just 25.
Who was Angus Cloud?
Angus Cloud was born on July 10, 1998, in Los Angeles, California.
He went to the Oakland School for the Arts where his Euphoria co-star, Zendaya, also attended.
Though Cloud studied technical theater and worked behind the scenes, he was approved by a casting agent while in Manhattan to read lines for Euphoria.

After his breakout role, he began collaborating with fashion designers such as Thom Browne.
In 2022, Cloud appeared in Becky G and Karol G's music video Mamiii.
He also booked a role as Robert DeWitt in the 2023 film, The Line, working alongside Alex Wolff, Halle Bailey, and his Euphoria co-star, Austin Abrams.
What happened to Angus Cloud?
According to TMZ, the Oakland Police Department responded to a 911 call at 11.30am on July 31, 2023, by Cloud's mom reporting a "possible overdose."
Sadly, the young actor was pronounced dead on the scene.
Cloud's family revealed this sudden passing comes a week after he laid his father to rest in Ireland.
His family wrote: "It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today. As an artist, a friend, a brother, and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways.
"Last week he buried his father and intensely struggled with this loss.
"The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend.
"Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence."

They concluded: "We hope the world remembers him for his humor, laughter, and love for everyone. We ask for privacy at this time as we are still processing this devastating loss."
Additionally, the HBO series Euphoria took to social media to extend their condolences.
In a post on Twitter, they said: "We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Angus Cloud.
"He was immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and Euphoria family.
"We extend our deepest condolences to his friends and family during this difficult time."
Almost two months after he passed, the star's cause of death was revealed to the public.
According to TMZ, the Alameda County Coroner revealed that Angus died from an accidental overdose.
He reportedly suffered an acute intoxication from ingesting a combination of drugs including benzodiazepine, fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine.
Who did Angus Cloud play on Euphoria?
Angus Cloud played one of the series' main characters named Fezco "Fez" O'Neill.
His character was a drug dealer who had a close relationship with the show's main character, Rue (portrayed by Zendaya).
Fez often cared about keeping Rue sober and protected her like a brother.
Throughout the series, he quickly became a fan favorite amongst the star-studded cast.
