Frankie moved down under with his now ex-wife Bianca, who he married in Brighton and the pair share a son, Frankie Jr.
The former couple have since split and Frankie now dates lingerie designer Emma Stubbs.
The duo regularly share loved up selfies on social media, where Frankie can also be seen enjoying his new outdor lifestyle.
While once famed for his hard partying - he famously confessed to being a drug addict, going on a six-night cocaine bender and bedding seven women during his stint on the show - he is now often seen hitting the waves and enjoying the healthy life.
But as he celebrated his big birthday, several of his showbiz pals from back in the day paid tribute to their mate.
"Happy Birthday Moosh!" former Towie star Kirk Norcross wrote on his instagram, sharing snaps of the two of them.
One of them was from a magazine shoot which saw the cheeky twosome in bed together while Frankie fed Kirk chocolates and Kirk held a bottle of champagne.
