“She was wanting a refund because the lady I had hired as second shooter for the day ended up sleeping with her husband at some point after the wedding, and she also included photos from his phone to prove it,” they wrote.
“I haven't responded yet, but what's the best thing to do here? She hired me for a job and the job was completed and the product was delivered.

The snapper revealed that their assistant on the day was a contractor who they had found online as the person they usually work with was unavailable.
“Anyways, what is the best thing to do here?
"I really feel for this lady, but that's also a lot of money to have to give back for work that was done,” they said.
Reddit users were stunned by the post and argued the photographer shouldn’t have to refund the bride because of the assistant’s actions.
One commented: “Tell them you are sorry to hear that but there isn’t a way for you to refund for a service that has been completed per your contract.
“The second shooter is a contractor who I will not work with again but she is not directly involved with my business.
“I can not refund you because something unfortunate happened that I had no control over.”
Another said: “Her husband broke the contract HE made with her. You did not. She can ask him for compensation.

"But she's surely come to the painful realization that she married a total t**d, and she's just trying to cut her losses.
“But marrying him isn't your mistake to pay for.”
Others advised the photographer to make the second shooter refund the bride from the money they were paid to assist.
“Yikes. See if you can get back the money you paid the second shooter and refund them that amount as a compromise,” One said.
Agreeing, another wrote: “The bride should probably take the second shooter to civil court.
"You're not at fault in the slightest.
“This is a good time though to review your contracts for both services to clients and with second shooters.”
