BRENNAN JOHNSON is closing in on a deadline day transfer after Tottenham reportedly reached an agreement over his price.
Nottingham Forest had been demanding £50million for the Welsh forward.

The Athletic report the 22-year-old will sign a five-year contract with the option of an additional year.
They add that Johnson is currently travelling to London for his medical, while Forest will also retain a ten per cent sell-on clause in the deal.

However, Forest have since moved to meet the Dutch club's demands and match the 25-year-old's £35m release clause.
Forest have already completed a deadline day loan transfer for Arsenal outcast Nuno Tavares.
Meanwhile, Spurs are still trying to bolster their midfield, with a £40m move for Chelsea star Conor Gallagher reportedly on the cards.
