MICHELLE Heaton has posted photos of the shocking photos of the moment she collapsed and was rushed to hospital.
The singer - who is best known for being part of band Liberty X - took to Instagram to detail the lows of her addiction.
Michelle, 43, who is currently prepping to take part in Dancing On Ice, opened up about her alcohol addiction last year.
The singer, who celebrated one year sober last April, gave an insight into her battle with a throwback video on New Year's.
Michelle could be seen looking swollen and downcast in a hospital bed as she showed off the harsh reality of her addiction two years ago.

Looking battered and bruised, the media personality shared the shocking snaps after she collapsed in "active addiction".
One snap saw Michelle smiling in her hospital bed, while a second showed a close up of her eyes with heavy bruising.
"2 years ago this was me... I was admitted to hospital, not for the first or the last time," she penned in the captioned.
"I had collapsed in active addiction. I left the hospital the next day, I walked over to the off-licence and bought more vodka.
"Seems insane? It is! But it was the only way I knew how to live. So I thought.
"I swore to my peers, family and doctors I was on the mend. I meant it. But my mind of an addict had a different plan.
"New year is a time we all make goals, and resolutions. Why don’t you make your goal to reach out to someone like me?
"I turned it down so many times, so don’t be discouraged if they say no. The day will come when they’ve just had enough.
"If you or anyone you know is struggling help is out there. One day at a time your life can be filled with hope faith & courage."
Her friends and fans flooded the comments section to congratulate Michelle on her recovery.

Among them was former EastEnders actress Patsy Palmer, who penned: "Have a wonderful 2023."
Last year, Michelle revealed opened up about her devastating battle to overcome alcohol addiction, saying 'at my lowest point I woke up and just wanted to die.'
In an emotional interview, Michelle told Closer magazine: "I'd given up on life. At my lowest point, I’d wake up in the morning and pray for someone to help or I wanted to die.”
“I’d given upon my life and didn’t care about losing my family, it was only about where the next drink was coming from.
"My skin was grey, I was exhausted and my body was completely unrecognisable and bloated.”
Last month, Michelle revealed she had injured her leg - leaving her Dancing On Ice future in jeopardy.
