SUCCESSION star Crystal Finn is the latest victim of an otter attack after she was mauled by the animals in California.
Her terrifying encounter follows the news of another American woman being attacked earlier this week by the savage beats.
Crystal had been swimming in the Feather River near Plumas National Forest when a raft of vicious otters set upon her.
The actress, who played Lauren Pawson in season 4 episode 8 of HBO drama Succession, required hospital treatment after being bitten on her bottom and leg.
Speaking to the San Francisco Chronicle, she said: "I felt something on my backside and on my leg.

"I started looking around and yelling out and [the otters] popped up right in front of me. Then they dove down and started going at me again.
"I could see the bites on my legs and knew I had been bitten on my butt — that one was the worst, but I couldn’t see it. The bites really hurt."
Following her treatment for the injuries at Tahoe Forest Hospital in Truckee, Crystal admits that she had been unaware otters could be dangerous.
And had she spotted them before her dip they "wouldn’t have given me pause."
"I would have thought, 'Oh those cute river otters,'” she added.
Shockingly, this isn't the worst otter attack to have made the headlines this week, following Jen Royce's hellish nightmare with the animals.
The Bozeman resident, 37, feared she was going to die during her terrifying encounter in Montana's Jefferson River.
Harrowing images showed her face bloodied and bruised and she was required to undergo surgery following the attack on August 2.
Jen unfortunately lost a chunk of her ear as a result of the attack and has been left covered in cuts and bruises.
Otters are known for their heavy, muscular bodies and sharp claws and teeth.

But attacks from otters are incredibly rare, with only an estimated 59 with injuries or deaths worldwide since 1875, according to the MailOnline.
However, like most wild animals, otters can be hostile if confronted or if they think their territory or family is threatened.
