WHEN he's not making mischief in Albert Square or making people howl with laughter on tour, Brain Conley can be found having fun in his huge mansion.

The soap star, who has sensationally quit the role of Rocky in EastEnders after three years, lives in a massive country pile in Buckinghamshire.

Brian, 61, occasionally gives fans a glimpse into family life with pranks and jokes he pulls at home and is very proud of his park-sized garden that contains a tennis court, a large fountain and a 1935 red telephone box.

There's also a big wooden Wendy house and a tree-house style platform perfect for some shaded rest and relaxation.

Over the years the garden has had lots of use with Brian and wife Anne-Marie raising two daughters Lucy, 21, and Amy, 26, at the home.

It boasts a spacious private driveway and a detached double garage perfect for storing Brian's motors... and a mobility scooter.

It's a far cry from the Brian's humble beginnings, with him recently telling OK!: "We have a big garden and a lovely house, and it’s a real home. I was born in Kilburn [in north-west London] and I lived in a block of council flats until I was eight, then a council house in Wembley. Then my parents scraped together enough for a little house in Watford, so I appreciate how lucky we are.

"We’re very comfortable here. We’ve been here 27 years and have everything we want, tuned to the way we want it. But saying that, you don’t know – and now the girls are starting to spread their wings it might feel too big for us. There’s no way I could afford this house if I bought it now!"

Brian will now have more time to spend at home after quitting Enders.

Last night he addressed fans for the first time since we revealed his departure from the soap.

In an Instagram video, he said: "Hello lovely people its me Brian Conley aka Rocky, sending out this message especially to all the EastEnders fans.

"Now you may have heard reports that I am leaving EastEnders, and it was a tough decision but it is true – I am going, and I made the decision for many reasons.

"It is tough because there’s such a wonderful crowd in front of the camera and behind, and I loved my three years there.

"I have gone with their blessings at the Beeb and I am excited for the future and where it’s going to go.

"I’m also excited about Rocky’s exit as I know it’s good! Sending much love, all EastEnders fans, enough said."
