The Apprentice finalist Dani Donovan has given birth to her first child and shared the exciting news with fans on social media.
Dani, who owns a hair salon and appeared in the last series of the show, posted an adorable snap of her and her partner Rocky Oliver sitting on the sofa in a dimly lit living room as she cradled the sleeping newborn baby. In the picture, her partner had his arms wrapped around her while she placed a hand on his thigh.
Revealing her baby's name, she captioned the post: "Binky Bloom Oliver. 22.09.23. Our hearts are so full." Fans rushed to the comment section to congratulate the star on the baby's arrival. One user said: "Awwwwww Dani! I'm so happy for you and your new little family, going to be the best mum ever!"
"Congrats guys. Amazing news," while one ecstatic user added: "Dani congratulations beautiful." Back in May, Dani announced her pregnancy to her 25,000 followers on Instagram. She shared a picture of her and Rocky relaxing on the beach together as she showcased her growing baby bump in a pair of bikini bottoms and a white crop top.
Rocky rocked striped swim shorts and cradled her bump as the duo smiled for the camera. "Blessed. September can't come soon enough," she captioned the post. Her co-stars rushed to congratulate her at the time, with The Apprentice winner Marnie writing: "NOOOOOOO!!!! You are just going to be the most perfect mum! I'm so happy for you and @rockyoliver!"
Inside Apprentice star Victoria Gouldbourne's glam, jet-setting lifeRunner-up Rochelle Anthony commented: "GORGEOUS GIRLIE! Will make the best mum! Can’t wait to welcome you to the mama’s club! You’re going to make the best mama [heart emoji] time is going quiiiick!!" Simba Rwambiwa wrote to Dani: "Congratulations to the both of you, you’ll be joining me with the sleepless nights hahaha."
Dani was born and raised in Hertfordshire and was one of 17 contestants who starred in the recent series of The Apprentice. She owns a hair salon and has a hair extension business called Mermane Hair. Unfortunately, she narrowly missed out on making it to the final two on the programme.
She still enjoyed her time on the show and called it a "once-in-a-lifetime experience" in a statement shared on social media. She wrote: "What a roller coaster of emotions that episode was. The apprentice has been a once-in-a-lifetime experience I will never forget. It pushed me out of my comfort zone, taught me things I never even knew about myself and most importantly was a right f*cking laugh." Dani went on to thank her supporters and opened up about her experiences.
