Prince William and Kate Middleton have spent more than a year in their latest abode, the Adelaide Cottage in Windsor. The royal couple settled into the luxurious home with their three children at the end of summer 2022 - the latest of several moves throughout their two decades together.
They have also lived in a variety of other stunning properties where they have spent time together as a family and raising their children. Here's a look at the six places The Waleses have called home over the years, from their university days in Scotland through the births of George, Charlotte and Louis.
Adelaide Cottage, Windsor

Originally built for Queen Adelaide, wife of King William IV, it was frequented by Queen Victoria. The couple are said to be enjoying rural life, with the Princes and Princess attending school there together.
Apartment 1A, Kensington Palace
Kensington Palace was the royal couple's home for several years (PA)With five reception rooms, three main bedrooms and a nursery, the flat remains William and Kate's London retreat. The couple lived there for five years before moving to Windsor and it was five-year-old Prince Louis' first home. The palace itself has its roots in the 17th century, first used by King William of Orange and his wife Mary II.
Anmer Hall, Sandringham
The pair lived at Anmer Hall for a two-year period after being gifted it by the Queen (Getty Images)Kate and William lived in the 19th-century country house between 2015 and 2017 after being personally gifted it by the late Queen. They still like to spend their holidays there - and it's no wonder considering it has 10 bedrooms, vast gardens and a swimming pool.

Nottingham Cottage, Kensington Palace
The Waleses lived at another Kensington Palace address for a few months in 2013 while renovations were carried out at 1A. The newly-born Prince George spent some of his early days at the home, which was also used by William and Harry as young men, as well as the Duke of Sussex and Meghan Markle before the birth of Prince Archie. With only two bedrooms, it is considered one of the more modest properties on the estate.
Bodorgan Hall
Kate and William lived at Bodorgan Hall on Anglesey for three years (Wales Online)The couple lived on a farmhouse on the Welsh island of Anglesey between 2010 and 2013, enjoying a private beach and views of Newborough Forest. William was then a search and rescue pilot in the RAF, and the property was said to be Prince George's first home.
St Salvator's Hall, St Andrew's University

Meeting in their late teens, their love bloomed at the on-campus accommodation block. They later lived together at another off-campus flat.
