Love Island's Malin Andersson "regrets" posting raunchy online content.

The reality TV star, who appeared on the hit ITV2 dating show in 2016, has shared she wouldn't post snaps or videos on a subscription-based website now that she is a mum. Malin welcomed her daughter Xaya - who she shares with her ex Jared - in 2022. She has posted underwear pics on her social media in the past and earlier this year she posed in a green lingerie set to show off her gym-honed physique as she opened up about how her life has changed since overcoming her eating disorder.

Malin has revealed that her weight loss is all down to her having a healthy relationship with exercise and food after years of struggling to maintain a balance. The former Islander also quit smoking when she found out she was pregnant with her daughter. In a recent interview, Malin has shared she may turn her back on raunchy content as well.

She told the Daily Star: "And sometimes I kind of regret a little bit- I shouldn't regret really, you shouldn't regret things in life- but maybe certain videos that I posted wearing underwear, even if I was fooling around or whatever and then like certain things on Love Island. I mean you can't take back that time. I just know whatever things you do post on the internet is there forever and imagine having your daughter googling."

The TV personality recently revealed she made the decision to overhaul her life and start a new career path as a life coach for women after she discovered healing. Speaking to the Mirror a month after starting her journey as a life coach, Malin revealed helping others has been extremely 'rewarding'.

"It's so empowering to do and even that I'm struggling to keep up with now I might have to do like group seminars and things," she said. The entire thing is going 'really good' for the star, with Malin adding: "It's more than I thought would be like a lot. So there's like a backlog of people that I can't do, but it's very rewarding."

The star, who smoked on and off for around a decade, wanted to stop many times but 'didn't have the right tools'. She quit cold turkey when she fell pregnant and said: "The key is to make sure that you got cool little tools in place. So for me, it was journaling, meditation, and not filling it with other distractions."

Malin has also explained how far she has come in her journey, explaining that she has found her depression lifting as she continues to do the work on her body and soul – both physically and mentally. She said: "Man. I can't believe the days where I would be scared to eat. Scared that if I ate one biscuit or drink a glass of juice I would put on weight, lethargic, no energy. Obsessing over the scales, only doing cardio to lose weight.

"Being grumpy, fatigued, constantly thinking about food. Coffee cigarettes and red bull for energy it's mental. Fast forward 6 years and I've reversed my mindset. It took time. I woke up one day and had enough of making myself sick. Enough of feeling weak and looking weak."
