David and Victoria Beckham have spoken for the first time about the Rebecca Loos cheating scandal which they admit almost broke their marriage.

Rebecca, now 46, sold stories about an alleged affair with the former England captain when she worked as his PA following his move from Manchester United to Real Madrid.

Speaking in the family's new Netflix documentary, Victoria fought back tears as she described the media storm as the 'hardest time' of her life. The Spice Girl said it was the only time in her marriage she felt as though she and David no longer 'had each other.'

While David, 48, says the couple felt like they were 'drowning' and he felt 'physically sick' every single day, while trying to fight for his marriage.

Almost 20 years on from the scandal, Rebecca has now relocated to Norway after previously saying she had 'no regrets' about speaking out in 2003.

With a new husband, whom she met filming reality TV series 71 Degrees North, Rebecca now teaches yoga at her relaxing retreat in a brand-new life, worlds away from the scandalous noughties.

As previews of David and Victoria's bombshell documentary dropped last night following a star-studded premiere, Rebecca took to Instagram to promote her Yin yoga class and show off a new hairdo.

The Dutch glamour model was catapulted into stardom after being pictured with then 28-year-old footy star David inside a nightclub, costing her the PA job.

Revealing an alleged affair, something David has always furiously denied, Rebecca detailed the reported romance to News of the World before signing up for several reality TV shows, as well as posing topless for lads' mags, including Zoo and Playboy.

She allegedly made more than £1million on the story and enjoyed a whirlwind career in the spotlight, famously appearing on Channel 5's The Farm in 2004, pleasuring a pig to collect its semen. Wearing rubber gloves, she excited the boar and managed to collect a whopping third of a litre of semen in a flask.

The 10-minute clip was watched by 1.6 million people and was one of the most controversial scenes to feature on 5. Ofcom received 37 complaints, but they were told by the media watchdog that the pig was not degraded of harmed by the model.

"We don't believe that the scene was degrading or harmful to the boar," they said. She later met her Norwegian doctor husband Sven Christjar Skaiaa after welcomed their first child in 2008. By 2012, the two were married, had welcomed another baby, and had relocated to the tiny hamlet of Hemsedal in the mountains to start a new life.

Their home in the Buskerud county in southern Norway is so remote that it's a three hour drive from the nearest airport and a two-hour drive to the nearest hospital. The former glamour model regularly posts her wholesome life on Instagram. She's typically seen walking her dogs through the mountains or practising Ashtanga yoga in a cosy-looking studio.

"Now I spend my time practising yoga, running, biking and hiking and foraging for wild food for my two young sons. Life is very different," she previously told The Sun. Now boasting almost 20,000 followers, and still posting retreat updates, Rebecca still appears to be enjoying the quiet life after revealing she had "no regrets".

"I am so happy. I have no regrets," she told MailOnline. Speaking of her husband, she explained: "People said I was mad, who was this guy? I hardly knew him, what on earth was I doing? But look at everything I have now.

She added: "I am so happy with my life now. Many people are so afraid of change. Change is good, change is how you learn, people should just f**king go for it. I like the way my life has taken me. If I hadn't been famous, I would not have been invited on the TV show where I met my husband Sven and had my lovely boys. I would not have had the life I have now.

"I took a lot of wrong decisions, and got talked in to a lot of things." Seemingly making reference to her previously scandals, she told the outlet: "Of course if I could go back in time I might change some things, but wouldn’t everyone? I have no regrets."
