Frankie, 33, could be seen looking fresh-faced as she panned around the room, telling fans she was having a "clear out".

The Loose Women panellist, who is married to former footballer Wayne Bridge, went au natural for the clip.

Frankie showed off her perfectly brushed brows and freshly washed hair as she pouted for the camera.

"Had a shower, and then had an overwhelming need to do a clear out," she penned, alongside a monkey emoji.

She revealed how she had pulled clothes and items out of the cupboard and drawers, creating a mess, as she cleared out some of her stuff.

Among the things were hairdryers, old bags and make-up, piled high on the desk in front of her.

The mother-of-two recently gave another fresh-faced insight into her life, as she posted a very candid make-up free snap.

Frankie shared a reassuring message to anyone who might be struggling at this time of year as she revealed she was having a hard time in therapy.

She wrote: “Those after therapy puffy eyes and a red runny nose... cos Christmas isn't all parties and presents.”

The former Saturdays singer admitted she had “fallen out of love” with singing after being in the band, but was going to give it another go in a non-intimidating environment.

Since being in the group Frankie – who is open about struggling with depression and anxiety – has become a mental health advocate.

Her career as a pop star had begun when she was picked to be a singer in youth group S Club Juniors when she was just 12.

She was part of the group for three years before she was picked to join the girl band, alongside Una Healy, Rochelle Humes, Mollie King and Vanessa White, in 2004.

Being in the spotlight as one of the UK’s best-known all-female groups worsened Frankie’s troubles.

During their seven-year reign in the charts, they scored 13 Top Ten hits and one No1 album, until they announced they were going on hiatus in 2014.

While the band were riding high, Frankie says her self-confidence plummeted.

She previously explained: “My looks got me things that I wanted but never believed I deserved to have. I felt my body was my only asset.

“So I began to restrict my food intake, feeling worthy and excited if my bones were jutting out and believing that going to bed hungry was a huge accomplishment.”
