Madonna's daughter Lourdes Leon stripped off as she paid tribute to her famous mum's iconic music video.
The 26-year-old shared the new video for her latest single Spelling on social media and YouTube, and she sweetly revealed she was directly inspired by her pop icon mum’s video for her ethereal track Frozen from 1998. Taking to Instagram, Lourdes posted a short clip of the video, and told her followers Madonna served as her muse for the mystical project, which also saw the model appearing nude in one scene.
“This piece is very special. It's an homage to my mother's timeless piece of art, Frozen,” Lourdes explained. “That piece has come up countless times in my life, connecting the two of us. I would be nothing without the woman who brought me into the world. I revere her, and hope that this translates.”

The music video was shot at Ashokan Acres near New York, and features Lourdes looking strikingly similar to her mother in a long flowing black dress and her dark hair flowing around her shoulders and in the air. The clip opens with the camera zooming in on Lourdes who is hovering in mid-air, and many fans speculated she was wearing the same Jean Paul Gaultier dress Madonna wore in the original Frozen video.
Madonna wears head-to-toe Gucci on family holiday to Malawi for New Year'sThe model’s eyes are eerily all-white, and as she floats through the air, the word ‘mom’ can be seen tattooed on her fingers. “I am constant/ you stay in the water/ Remind me/ Followin' friend path forever/ Cyclical, bicycle, forever,” she softly sang.
She then transforms into a flock of ravens, and reappears wearing S&M inspired lingerie, as she crooned: “Don't want my feet to touch the sand/ Carry me on your back/ Why can't he succumb to my desires/ Why can't we light the flame to my fire?”
In another scene inspired by Frozen, Lourdes transforms into a large black dog, and dances on the dry cracked ground alongside two other performers. “Ground splits in two cracks/ I try to run/ One of you show me my room/ I was stupid and it doesn't work like that/ I was stupid and it doesn't work like that.”
The music video comes to an end with Lourdes stripping off and walking naked into a river, as she slowly disappears under the water. “Show me your back 'cause my woman dreams/ want to try look/ Am I livin' a stupid dream?/ Everybody's lookin' for something/ Can't take the heat in a desert dream/ Cyclical, bicycle/ Buckle up my boots and ride with me,” she sang.
Lourdes released her first single Lock&Key in August last year, and was followed by her track C*ntradiction, in November, with back songs featuring on her debut album Go.
