SINCE first hitting the reality TV circuit over a decade ago, Farrah Abraham has undergone a slew of physical changes.
Never one to shy away from cosmetic surgery – or from rumors surrounding it – the Teen Mom OG has admitted to a rhinoplasty, boob job, chin implant, and more.
2009
Farrah first entered the public eye when she was cast in the reality TV show 16 And Pregnant.
Still in high school at the time, she went for side bangs and highlights but hadn’t yet touched her facial features.
While clearly beautiful and fresh-faced at this age, she would later tell In Touch Weekly: “I’ve hated my nose since I was 13."

Appearing on the first season of the MTV show, Farrah made an impression and would soon go on to be cast in Teen Mom the following year.
2012
Shortly after first appearing on the silver screen, Farrah underwent a breast augmentation and went from an A-cup to a C-cup – all in front of a camera.
Then a Teen Mom star who appeared on the show’s first season, she let the crew film her $5,000 surgery for viewers at home.
“After having a baby, my boobs went away. It hurt my self-esteem,” she told Us Weekly at the time.
“I didn’t feel like I was woman enough anymore. I knew I could be happier.”
Wanting to improve her appearance further, in 2012 she went under the knife again, but this time for a rhinoplasty and chin implant.
“I finally feel gorgeous,” she told In Touch that year.
“I don’t have to hate anything on my face ever again. I feel gorgeous.”
The double procedure set her back $16,000.
2013
The chin implant, for its part, wouldn’t last – as Farrah got it removed the following year.

She later wrote in her book, Dream Twenties: Self-Guided Self Help Memoire, that the result of the original procedure left her “freaked out,” which is why she wanted it gone.
Out with the old and in with the new, apparently: That same year, Farrah enhanced her boobs again to reach a D-cup size.
2015
In 2015, Farrah landed on an episode of E!’s Botched due to an allergic reaction to lip implants.
Thankfully, the mistake was fixed by Drs. Nassif and Dubrow.
Speaking to People Magazine, she explained how the mistake all went down: “I could feel everything, and it was hurting in a crazy way, and my lip was blowing up as I was sitting there.
“I’m like, ‘Okay, you guys need to shoot me with something to get this out of my body because I am clearly having some type of a reaction,’ and it was scaring me.”
While slightly embarrassed to appear on a national television show to later correct the mistake, she wanted to share her story for other women.
That same year, she got her third boob job to fix chest pain from previous surgeries, sharing in a Facebook post that "third time's a charm."
2017
In 2017, Farrah began documenting her plastic surgery journey on Instagram and revealed that she had gotten a vaginal rejuvenation surgery that year to restore her body to its pre-birth state.
She shared photos on her social media page at the time, writing: "Loving my lady parts!"
The med-spa where she got the procedure also shared an image of the mom, noting that she was “rejuvenating her lady parts!”
2018
Continuing to improve her appearance down there, the next year she decided to get butt implants and shared her journey on Instagram as well.
“#Bootysecret ALERT! @flawlessvegas gets you the summer-ready booty you have always wanted! Watch live now,” she wrote in the clip's caption at the time.
2019
A year later, Farrah ditched her usual dark locks for a more honey-hued look.
Wearing a skimpy dress, she flaunted her curvy figure that she had already spent so much time and money on over the years.
2020
In 2020, Farrah received backlash from followers after she shared a video of herself on Instagram getting more work done.
Chatting to her social media followers, she described the process called threading, as an alternative to fillers.
She noted it was the "perfect holiday gift for your mom" and discussed with the doctor how it compared to acupuncture.
Followers, however, were less enthusiastic about it than her.
"It’s crazy. Should have left your face alone because it’s damaged now. All lopsided," commented one.
2022
Never one to shy away from sharing her procedures, Farrah again revealed that she received more butt injections.
In an Instagram story from May 2022, she quipped: “Mother’s Day laughs brought to you by laughing gas."
She filmed her surgeon working on her backside as she said: “It’s in there. I’m so excited moms, check it out.”
2023
Constantly sharing videos and photos on her Instagram, Farrah now looks unrecognizable from the girl we first met on 16 And Pregnant.
Her eyebrows are sharper than ever before, her nose more slender, her cheekbones higher, and her lips larger.
She admitted to undergoing a lip-blushing procedure this spring and a nose job this summer.
Although clearly a fan of injectables, she called out one med spa in Texas for committing "face robbery," claiming that they had no idea what they were doing when applying Botox and filler.
As for whether the young mom will continue on her surgery trajectory after another botched experience, we will be sure to hear updates on her Instagram page.
