It's been over a decade since the iconic season eight of Big Brother graced our screens, and viewers still can't forget the diverse cast of housemates who left an indelible mark on reality TV history. With its many twists and turns, including the introduction of an all-female cast on day one, followed by the first male housemate two days later, the record-breaking 94-day series was truly unforgettable.

One of the most memorable housemates was the then 26-year-old music producer, Zac Lichman, better known as "Ziggy." Alongside Chanelle Jade Hayes, Jonty Stern, and eventual winner Brian Belo, Ziggy quickly became a popular housemate. But while some of his fellow contestants have continued to make headlines, Ziggy has kept a low profile since leaving the famous house.

Many viewers remember him for his whirlwind romance with fellow housemate Chanelle. The pair shared a steamy clinch in the shower and later admitted they did have sex. But more famously, Ziggy and Chanelle are best known for what many will call the most cringe-worthy breakup of all time. In the middle of a bathroom stall, Ziggy delivered the classic line: "It's not you, it's me," after temporarily breaking up with Chanelle.

After reconciling, the pair enjoyed a romantic relationship that continued even after they left the house. They only lasted six months but Chanelle said she still talks to Ziggy and that he is the only housemate she still speaks to. In 2018, the two appeared on Loose Women where Ziggy expressed his belief that they had strong feelings for each other, saying: "I have no doubt we were in love." Chanelle added that they were not sure if they were on or off and had people trying to push them together or break them apart.

Ziggy even revealed he still has feelings for his ex-girlfriend Chanelle years after their time in the house. He added: "I still love her to bits, absolutely." Since their split, Chanelle has moved on and is now a mother to two sons, Blakely, nine, with footballer Matthew Bates, and two-year-old son Frankie with ex-boyfriend Ryan Oates.

Ziggy, on the other hand, has taken a different path than his showbiz housemates. After making a name for himself on the London party circuit, the hunky reality star decided to show off his chiselled physique in a few saucy magazine shoots. However, it seems Ziggy eventually grew tired of the limelight and opted for more 'normal' jobs. According to sources, he worked as a doorman at the infamous Paper Club located in the heart of London's Soho district.

In 2020, he made headlines after giving himself a drastic makeover during lockdown by shaving off his hair and going for a platinum blonde mohawk. His last known movement was that he was the proud owner and founder of The Shop NW10, a trendy pan-Asian-inspired restaurant and bar located in Kensal Rise. Ziggy has worked hard at the restaurant since 2018, and it seems to be a success.
