Malin, 30, who rose to fame on the second series of the ITV2 dating show in 2016, recently welcomed her second baby.

The TV star gave birth to daughter Xaya last February, and has been busy working hard in the gym ever since.

She took to Instagram to show off her body as she stripped down to lingerie, going au natural without make-up.

The mother-of-two looked stunning as she let her long brunette locks trail down her back as she pouted.

Malin took to the caption to reveal that she had been struggling following brutal mum shaming after her pregnancy.

The star said she was "covering up" in many of her recent posts after experiencing negative comments from fans.

She hit back at the trolls by encouraging them to promote "body positivity" in the lengthy post.

"Whilst I’ve had so many messages and encouragement on my fitness and mental well-being journey, I’ve also had fans unfollow me for ‘losing weight’," she told her fans.

"Let me note losing weight came with me opting for healthier lifestyle choices over a year long.

"Now I’ve always been an advocate for body positivity and that means embracing every part of you. Whatever size.

"But what I don’t like seeing is people judging me for embarking on my fitness and health.

"So sadly I haven’t done my funny reels in lingerie or many posts in bikinis etc, I even wore a t shirt in yesterdays reel cos I wanted to cover up.

"I was so scared of being judged about not looking the same - I’ve done a few stories but I seriously have hidden myself and I don’t even know why I let it bother me…

"So today I woke up and thought I don’t give a flying monkeys anymore because it’s my body and I feel strong and mentally better.

"I will never shove any fitness or diet plan in any of your face's cos that’s not me, but all I can say is that exercise and eating nourishing food has brought my head into the best place."

Her friends and fans flooded the comments section in encouragement, with Lauren Goodger writing: "What's wrong with your body? Looks good to me!"

Sarah Jane Crawford chimed in: "Love you, keep on going."

"Why do people think that being body positive is only for the bigger people. Body positivity is for everyone!" a fan penned.

A second agreed: "People should just stop commenting on peoples bodies it really is that simple!"

Malin revealed her weight loss last year after splitting from her boyfriend and becoming a mum.

Malin split from the father of her child Jared, just TWO weeks after giving birth - and has since welcomed baby Xaya.

Over the past nine months Malin has been focusing on herself both mentally and physically.

The reality favourite shared before and after shots of herself posing in gym gear on social media.
