TWO teenagers in England have been arrested over the 'murder' of a Scot missing for almost a month.
Paul Taylor left his home in Annan, Dumfries and Galloway, on the night of Tuesday October 17, heading to Carlisle.
His blue Vauxhall Corsa was spotted around the city before being found abandoned in the village of Langwathby, 25 miles away, on Thursday October 19.
An urgent hunt was sparked for the missing Scot after his disappearance.
But detectives searching for Paul received new information in the case and confirmed they now believe he was murdered.

Police have arrested two 19-year-old men from Carlisle on suspicion of Paul's murder, and they are currently in custody.
Two others, a 37-year-old man from Carlisle and a 17-year-old boy, from Appleby, are also in custody after being nicked on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Cumbria Police Detective Chief Superintendent Dave Pattinson said: "We have been working round the clock to try and find Paul since he was last seen on Tuesday 17th October.
"As the investigation has developed, and due to new information we have received, we are now treating the disappearance of Paul Taylor as a murder investigation."
Cops confirmed the investigation has become a murder probe and have urged anyone with information to come forward.
DCS Pattinson added: "We are still requesting the assistance of the public to provide any information to us which may assist police, so we can understand the circumstances and events of what has happened.
"If you knew or spoke to Paul, in the weeks or months leading up to his disappearance or saw him or his car as he travelled from Annan to Carlisle on Tuesday October 17 from 9.45pm onwards, we need to hear from you.
"Paul was driving a blue Corsa, reg: PY18 DYO, which detectives believe made it to the Yewdale, Sandsfield Park and Brough Road areas in Carlisle on the night/early morning of the October 17-18, before being found in Langwathby on the morning of Thursday 19th October.
