Last January, thugs left vulgar sexual insults trashing Jennifer on walls in central Bothwell.
Maniacs also drove a motor to her front gate before setting it ablaze and fleeing.
I'm a property expert - my guess for the cheapest time to buy a home this yearThe fire spread to the fence of Jennifer’s neighbour at the time, former Celtic star Leigh Griffiths.
The former Scotland ace sold his house and had slashed £25,000 off the asking price before the incident.
Nearby residents are said to be relieved at the decision, following years of feeling unsafe.
A source told the Daily Record: "Residents around here will be glad to see new people move in and, hopefully, an end to the relentless threat of firebombings that has created fear and alarm for the past three years."
The detached villa is being advertised via Residence estate agents for offers over £650,000.
A description of the property reads: "The accommodation comprises a galleried reception hallway, modern cloaks WC, a spacious luxury open plan kitchen and dining room, a lounge, utility room, four bedrooms, an en-suite and an impressive family bathroom. In addition, there is a cinema room and an office studio."
The attacks are understood to be linked to a fall-out between Jennifer’s partner Brian McIlear and a Glasgow hood.
In Hamilton, a wall in the David Lloyd gym car park was daubed with personal insults aimed at Jennifer.
In 2020, Jennifer’s Range Rover was petrol-bombed, which also set fire to the roof of her £500,000 home.
Her beauty salon in Dennistoun, Glasgow, was ramraided weeks later.
