AMY Hart stripped off to a sports bra and proudly showed off her figure as she opened up about her plans for 2024.
The Love Island legend, who gave birth to her first child last year, shared a reel of her getting ready.
Wearing yoga leggings, she opened her wardrobe to pull out a comfortable jumper.
Amy, 31, took her lashes and hoop earrings out and took a big sip from a water bottle.
She wrote on the reel: "I have a lot I want to achieve this year, but here's why I'm not setting any goals in 2024."

In the comment section, she gave her reasons for ditching New Year's resolutions or plans.
"So. I looked through my goals from last year that I wrote in January and although I achieved a lot of them, lots of them weren’t applicable for the second half of the year due to changes in circumstances.
"This year with that in mind, I’m doing month by month goals. For January my goals are: 2.2l of water a day, at least a 30 min walk a day, gym 4 times a week, stick to my macros, 3kg weight loss, take my supplements everyday, post everyday on Instagram."
"I just feel like these bitesized goals are more manageable and flexible to reasses at the end of every month!" she continued.
"Im very interested in the whole notion of goal setting. How do you set your goals and what have you set yourself for the new year?"
She was praised by fans for being open about her ambitions, with one writing: "You look amazing hun! I’m just going to try and take opportunities that scare me and be kinder to myself this year.
"Eat healthier and be kinder to my body, hopefully lose some weight in the process. Xx" they added.

Amy gave birth to her son Stanley in March last year with her fiance Sam Ranson.

In November they were parent shamed for taking their tot abroad on a cruise holiday.
Taking to Instagram, Amy shared a selection of holiday clips featuring her baby boy Stanley for an AD post to answer if a P&O cruise is suitable for a baby.
The young tot can be seen enjoying multiple activities on the cruise, as Amy penned: "The question I'm asked all the time..ad. The answer is of course yes!
"During his time on the ship, Stanley has been to the splash pad, to baby sensory, to a cooking lesson, to soft play, to see the shows, to the disco, in the pool and tried loads of different foods in all the restaurants!"
However, although most of her fans have shared in her joy, not everyone was quite so kind.
One mean troll told her: "He will never remember this."
Amy was quick to hit back and replied: "Good job I filmed it all then. But by that standard, I'd never take him anywhere till he was 5. Sorry stanners x."
