GOOD Morning America host Michael Strahan has been replaced on the morning show.
He has been missing this week after going through a devastating loss.


Linsey Davis sat next to George Stephanopoulos and Robin Roberts at the desk on Tuesday
She also filled in for Robin, 63, on Monday, when the host was out.
Linsey, 52, is a substitute anchor for GMA and fills in very often on the morning show.

Aside from GMA, the host also anchors the Sunday edition of World News Tonight, as well as the substitute anchor for the weekday edition, and ABC News Live Prime with Linsey Davis.
Gio Benitez filled in for Michael, 52, on Monday.
Typically, Michael is absent on Mondays, due to being an analyst for Fox NFL Sundays, but there wasn't an episode this week, due to there being no football.
However, his absence has extended into the week and the cause is unknown.
It is also not clear when he will return to GMA.
MICHAEL'S LOSS
Actor Carl Weathers died on February 1 at the age of 76.
Michael took this loss personally as he once worked with Carl.
After the news of Carl's death was released, the GMA anchor posted a special tribute.
"RIP to the great Carl Weathers. It was an honor and privilege to play your son on the sitcom, Brothers!!" he captioned the post.
Michael sat on a couch next to Carl during a scene of the show.

"You were an inspiration that made me feel like my dreams were attainable because you came from sports and conquered entertainment."
"You are loved and will be missed! My love and condolences to the Weathers family. RIP my friend," he ended.
REMEMBERING CARL
Carl is best known for his role as Apollo Creed in the Rocky franchise.
Another popular role of his was in Adam Sandler's comedy, Happy Gilmore.
He went on to star in over 75 movies and TV shows.
"We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Carl Weathers,” his family said in a statement to Deadline.
Carl died "peacefully in his sleep" on Thursday.
"Carl was an exceptional human being who lived an extraordinary life," the statement went on.
"Through his contributions to film, television, the arts and sports, he has left an indelible mark and is recognized worldwide and across generations."
"He was a beloved brother, father, grandfather, partner, and friend," it ended.
